Believe it or not: Radix originally applied to the Marines.

Problem was that the future Army veteran needed an 8 month lead before deployment and the Marines only allowed 6 months.

The Marines did not care about my personal issues.

Hello Army Basic, best thing that I ever did.

Still, some of my best friends were/are Marines.

Happy Birthday to the Corps.

MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Nov. 4, 2005) -- Sgt. Oliver P. Schiess, Instructional Training Company, demonstrates to recruits the wrong way to rappel down the tower at the physical training field.

A Marine from Company F, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment scans the area from his turret while providing security for his fellow Marines as they search and clear buildings in Fallujah. The Marines teamed up with the 1st Battalion, 2nd Brigade of the Iraqi Army for Operation Constitution Hammer, which was designed to find and capture weapons caches, and disrupt insurgent activity in the area.
