However, if someone tried to firebomb my house with me in it...well that's what I'd call attempted murder" So if someone were to set fire to a metal container with 10-15 gallons of gasoline in it that just happened to be sitting in your driveway, you could interpret that as an attempt to firebomb your house.
It wouldn't matter that the metal container had wheels and had been made by Chevrolet, would it?
