And this makes it acceptable how again? Just because the Democrats agreed to it as well doesn't justify it. The Democrats were wrong. The Republicans were wrong. I really think that's something ardent Republicans need to face up to. The only arguments I'm hearing of late follow the lines of 'well the Democrats said so as well back in....'
