It's like the emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria - eventually, a strain of troll will develop that doesn't immediately make itself an easy target. The poster in question may not actually be evidence of that strain - but he is following the the pattern I would expect. Like any form of infection, time will tell the tale.
