Bush, powerful? I don't think so. He cowers to Congress. The senate scares him to death. Vicente Fox has a tight grip on him. He's becoming a Clinton enabler. The war and Bolton are the only thing he has going for him but he's still about 3/4 of a spine away from being the president he should have been in the first place.

Bush, powerful? I don't think so. Yes, Bush may come across as weak in some areas, but in many others he is definitely powerful.
Bush is the #1 world leader in the war on terrorism.
He has defied the odds and accomplished numerous goals that most considered not possible.
