Absolutely true. Knowing the BS they said about Terri, the WOT, and Bush, I've just come to distrust them more than I believe anything they say. For me it almost comes down to that I need proof before I buy into anything these days.

Merry Christmas to you too. I talked to Mom today about having a health care surrogate (a nice family member) and an alternate and about burning her living will. My own mom was hoodwinked by the medical establishment into signing a living will.

I gently urged her to ditch the living will. It's a dance to try to explain to people what goes on here without scaring them. But, it is scary. When attorneys start calling it Death Central something's really wrong here.

I'll be back here next week. It's time to bake cookies, finish the tree and stuff like that.
