Chinese news photoshops Michael Brown and replaces FEMA patch on his shirt with Mickey Mouse.
I guess they think it's a joke of some kind.

That's very intriguing... a silly little thing to do, gaining nothing, yet risking an international PR tiff. Hmm.

I do find it somewhat ironic that a country that routinely loses 100's of people in coal accidents (ala 1904 America) and thousands due to other natural disasters would make fun of FEMA, however, if the recent media reports are true, Michael Brown is a complete ahole.
