IMO, Savage is a manic depressive egomaniacal lunatic.
I don't know about the manic depressive...but what person behind a microphone and/or camera isn't an egomanic (think Clinton, Schumer, O'Reilly, Rather and others).....and lunatics...there's plenty worse sitting in the Senate.
