He looks like that de Villepin guy....can anyone take him and his supposedly "covert agent" wife seriously after the VANITY FAIR photo-shoot?
I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean, but I like the general tone.
No frog march, Joe.
MikeinIraq: Joe Wilson should enter DETOX
14:57, 14:58, 14:59...
I can hardly wait until Joe Wilson gets elected... King of the United States! (apologies to Garfield Goose)
Everything would probably be traced to Soros.
These people take themselves way too seriously. Wilson put his wife's identity on the line when he wrote his article for the New York Times. We have learned that there's an audience for his blather.
Yeah, there's probably a Pulitzer for somebody in investigating Joe Wilson. Won't happen, though.
Pray for W and Our Troops
Lying Joe is Cindy Sheehan in a suit.
Wolf asked some pretty good questions.
Wilson admits that he was Kristof's source for the first column mentioning that " a former ambassador " went to Niger.
He claims he had to do it to correct all the lies from the White House .
Wolf points out that the Kristof column appeared 2 months before Novak's column.
Wolf says that many people say that by going public with his trip to Niger- Wilson himself set the wheels in motion for exposing his wife.
Wilson goes off into Sheehanland-defensive and irrational.
Wilson will not comment on his good friend Larry Johnson's claim that " Val P! " has been threatened by Al Queda.
Wilson defends the Vanity Fair cover and layout. It was his idea of a joke. It was all done in good fun.
And nobody could possibly figure out what Val P ! looked like from the photos.
" The photograph of her did not identify her in any way anybody could identify."
Ah- she wasn't wearing a mask, Joe- just sunglasses.
You can't make this stuff up :
WILSON :So let me just get this very clear: When one is faced with adversity, one of the ways one acts in the face of adversity is to try and bring a certain amount of humor to the situation.
It's called irony.
And if people have no sense of humor or no sense of perspective on that, my response is: It's about time to get a life.
But in no way did that picture endanger anybody. What endangered people was the outing of her name -- her maiden name -- and, subsequently, the outing of the corporation that she worked for."
Lying Joe calls Joe DiGenova a liar and says he hopes to someday be in The International Spy Museum. Seriously.
OK. Follow me on this. Joe Wilson's wife was classified (not covert but according to Fitzgerald, just as important). So, if the CIA calls Joe out of the blue (Just go with that.) and says "Why don't you go on this trip for us?" Why does he say "yes"?
American people are not nearly as dumb as the Dem's and their operatives like Wilson think they are.
They can see right through this BS and the polls confirm it.
Give it up and move on to your next poster child.
"Everything would probably be traced to Soros."
Why does Soros spend so much money trying to bring down the Bush Administration? It isn't because he thinks Bush is Hitler. He knows enough about Hitler to know the difference.
I like the Freeper who said Wilson could be French Spy!!
My advice for Joe Wilson?
Kiss it or go put some ice on your lip.
This wilson guy smokes some strong stuff.
Why aren't these oral diarrhea people gagged by the Special Prosecutor?
This guy is in the same camp of mentally disturbed people as Harry Reid and Howard Dean.
