Long article on the front page of the Plain Dealer this morning. I can't believe the writer and the editor published this nonsense and kept a straight face.
I especially like the tending stray animals and aromatherapy parts.
It's all a hoot.

Elizabeth says. "And it's not like I'm some ditsy young thing and he's an old fogey. He has the wisdom of an ancient and the energy of youth." What did ancients do to deserve that kind of slander?

Presidential Candidates file financial disclosure forms. 8 of the 9 Democratic candidates looked like they were doing OK, net worths of $500k and up, not unusual for successful men their age.
Denny had a net worth of under $40,000.

He makes Dukakis look Arnold-esque, and Alan Alda sound like Patton.

Couldn't you have posted it all, or at least not posted all those annoying "snips?"

Nowhere does it mention that this is Kucinich's third marriage.
I give this one two years.

"Mum, you'll never guess who I'm having lunch with - Shirley MacLaine!" Elizabeth put the actress on the phone. One of the biggest surprise laughs I ever had in a movie was while watching "Defending Your Life," starring Albert Brooks and Meryl Streep. They're in a part of "The Afterlife" and doing something on a date, where they go to the "Hall of Past Lives." At this "Epcot-Center-esque interactive experience" , you can see who you were in your past lives. Well, they walk in, and the host of the experience is Shirley MacLaine!" I nearly choked on my popcorn!

I'm not going to read 8 pages of anything about D. Kucinich. I'll just assume he met another troll and fell in love.

It is a hoot, indeed. For you non-Clevelanders reading this, this is the kind of stuff we have to put up with in Cleveland.
The wedding photo. Yes, that's Shirley MacLaine on the left.

She's probably on the rebound from a torrid affair with the Roaming Gnome. His traveling killed their relationship, so she's looking for another gnome to inhabit her grasslands.
(I can't believe that this will last more than a couple of minutes.)
