That baseball analogy was when I decided to go to the grocery with my daughter. I am pretty good at deciphering fast talkers, and I understand legalese. But this press conference was absolutely incomprehensible.
I will spend some time tomorrow trying to figure this out, but there are enough holes in this thing as I scan it to make me believe a good defense atorney will have no problem beating Fitzgerald.
