Nah....
If there was a disability involved, the Duluth paper would have played it up, big time.
Just a badly written story in a rush to paint white hunters as the bad guys.

We're going out again on Sunday...too much to tend to around here, today. Brother Dave got here last night, and he's usually successful; a little peeved that he didn't get The Big One because he swears it's the same buck he saw but couldn't get a clean shot of, last year. Yah. Sure, Dave!
He's actually camping out in 29-degree weather. Now that's hardcore, LOL!
