"Salsa...Salsa boy!"
Forgive me if I sound like a Yankee, but what is the difference between salsa and Pico de Gallo?
BIG difference...Pico de Gallo is a fresh mix of ingredients...tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro & garlic if you please with a squeeze of fresh lime. It's not a sauce at all. Very fresh & yummy!
