This speech touches upon two points that have been sticking in my craw for decades: Liberals (and some Repubos) confuse Liberty with Libertine; and the only function of the federal judiciary is to protect the Constitution against the ambitious encroachments of corrupt politicians (are there any other kind?) That said, and although this is one fine speech, I think it may be too late to correct the unconstitutional crap that is now "on the books" and stands as precedent. Not without some major civil unpleasantness

Perhaps by putting this lady on the Court, some or all of that unpleasantness can be avoided.
