Liberalism is truly the march of death. The USSR proved that.

Start with news that the vote on Iraq's constitution has finally been tabulated. It was ratified by a staggering 79 percent margin - making Iraq the first Arab country to approve a constitution in free election.

yeah and when one of our cities gets pasted they'll be all over the other side of the issue - why didn't we take care of this in earnest when we had the chance. F em, ignore em, don't subscribe to em and watch em lay off more and more people.

While the MSM are busy celebrating this "auspicious" (per Ted Kennedy) occassion I wonder if any will ponder the question of how many would still be alive if those on the left were not offering every encouragement to the terrorists.

Now if only Cindy would add "hunger strike" to her list of "things to do".

It was obvious in advance that this orgy of celebration, a dance on 2,000 graves, would occur. As with most subjects, a dose of truth is the cure for this. What I wrote about on this (link below) was quoted, but not comprehended, by BBC World News yesterday.
Facts are our weapons. Repetition is our method. We need to beat the lib-Dems over the head and shoulders with truth, until only a handful of bewildered psychotics remain standing.

Latest column: "Reporting on the 2,000th American Death in Iraq"
To: kinghorse
The San Francisco Chronicle, which had already given up any lingering pretensions it may have had of being a real newspaper even before the latest round of layoffs, filled its front page with a photograph of protesters celebrating the 2000 dead, and a bunch of pretty much irrelevant charts and graphs showing the various branches of service and which branches the dead came from -- not as any kind of analytical tool, just to take up space which in a real newspaper would contain actual news.

Accident brings U.S. toll in Iraq to 2,001
By THOMAS WAGNER
The Associated Press
BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) The American death toll reached 2,001 on Wednesday with the announcement that a soldier died in an accident the night before. Three mostly Sunni Arab parties said they have formed a coalition to compete in upcoming parliamentary elections as the minority moves to consolidate its power in the political arena.....

The AP announced this as It is a sacrifice praised in the halls of Congress and mourned by families across a nation that is increasingly asking its leaders to justify a war launched in March 2003 to destroy Saddam Hussein's alleged weapons of mass destruction. None was ever found. Joesph Goebbels, Hitlers propaganda chief, said "if you tell a lie often enough it will be believed". The MSM is the left extremists propaganda machine and they are being very effective at making the war a single-issue initiative. They fail to report that congress authorized the war. They fail to report the tons of yellowcake uranium found in Iraq. They fail to report that Saddam was bribing the UN to allow him to continue his weapons programs. I don't always agree with Michael Savage but his "the enemy within" is an appropriate metaphor.
