Not unless certain people in the CIA say she is. I believe that is about all it would take as "proof" may endanger National security. I have no confidence the CIA is friendly to American interests or competent. Just CYA lying legal criminals. Not all but many.

I think we're going to have to see what the prosecutor does. It is too easy to say "She was not an operative"--why did the CIA refer it to Justice, and why did Justice appoint a special counsel, if it was wrong on its face. Lets not kid ourselves.
