It definitely could but I am fearful that it will be much more limited in scope to the CIA request of investigating leaks from the WH. I hope not because I have no doubt that the SVR wing of the CIA and State has been orchestrating events for years. The media has clearly chosen sides and while I have no choice but to take a wait and see attitude, the giddiness on the left through its MSmedia commrades isn't real positive.
