An illegal alien should not be eligible for worker's compensation, social security, or any other benefits. An illegal alien is a criminal. All illegal aliens should be notified of this. Anyone applying for a job should be notified that if he/she is an illegal alien, he/she is not eligible for the benefits due the law abiding.
The illegal alien is no more a criminal than the employer who hires him. This knife cuts both ways. If you hire them you are respinsible for them. You are saying that an employer can hire illegals for the most dangeroius jobs because he knows he wont have to pay them if injured and that is not right.
