Underwear is already highly visible. In fact, camisoles are accepted school/work/church fashion these days.
My teens are mortified at the number of girls who show up in church in what mine wear as underwear (specifically camisoles). Then these kids wear spaghetti straps and their bra straps are showing. They are constantly adjusting them as if one piece of string will cover up another.
