Some women can do the job. Some can't.

Same goes for guys, by the way.

I don't get worked up about the sex (or sexual preference, for that matter) of my fellow officer. I only care that they can do the job and that they'll be there to back me up if I need help.

As for Nazis - yeah, I hate Nazis. Particularly Ohio Nazis...

I am of the opinion that men and women are different. That said, one of the problems we face, (primarily because of the "lib-idiots" trying to push the "equal nonsense"), is that we have failed to recognize and work creatively with the physical and intellectual differences between the sexes.

Women, for example, have much greater "body strength" in their thighs/legs, and weaker body strength in arms and shoulders. Has anyone figured out how to use our greater leg strength yet? Nope.

Women have certain strengths in intuition, communication, and attention to often overlooked details. This should be recognized, celebrated, and put to good use.

I say the sexes are complementary, not "the same". What people do not understand is that "equality" doesn't mean "the same". I certainly hope that we get beyond the "same" notion, and see some strong black women on the streets in Toledo, and elsewhere the gangs want to act out, whupping the young punks upside their stupid heads, demanding that they act like responsible men, and quit bringing shame on their race.
