The only mud pack I'd consider using is the one I unintentionally got diving face first into a big patch of it while playing goal yesterday.
OK, I'm not pretty. But at least no lady will come to my loo and snicker at what I've got in the medicine cabinet.
Regards, Ivan

To me, "mud pack" means how you break a boulder that is too big to move, with dynamite.
You lay the stick on the boulder, and then you use some mud to pack around the stick just to hold it in place.
You do NOT put the dynamite under the rock, unless you like dodging boulders from the sky.
Just like my granddad taught me "back in the day".
He also taught me how to "fish" with the 'ol Dupont "lure".
The hard part was rowing around picking the fish out of the water, and cleaning them.
