I think Meirs will be just fine.
I think there are better candidates than Meirs, but she got the selection.
I think that we are seeing the right as obsessed if not more with the courts as the left is. Apparently some on the right don't want someone to just interpret the Constitution, but rather to be an activist of the likes of a Ginsberg or a Breyer....
