Have you no sympathy for Jerry Jones? The poor man needs to boost the value of the Dallas Cowboys using eminent domain. Sounds like a public purpose to me...actually a public travesty.

Considering the level of success of the Cowboys the past 5-6 seasons, the property value may well DECREASE.
Of course then the government will increase the rate for other property owners to make up the loss.

Never occurred to the Dallas Cowboys to grant a share of the ownership of the team to the affected people whose discomfort is intended to make him wealthier.
