It's starting to become obvious that Earle and this bozo, Gibson know they don't have a snowball's chance in hell with getting a conviction for their masters down at the DNC. They are playing this up in the Liberal "media" hoping to fatally wound Delay before they get their goatsmellin' asses thrown out of court.
I read that Delay agreed to a waiver of the statute of the limitations for this. What's up with that?
The objective was not a conviction; the objective was an indictment. An indictment is all that is required to cause Delay to step down. They finally got an indictment and Delay stepped down. A conviction is virtually irrelevant.
