This is a Gilchrist-Campbell contest.
Even Campbell knows it.
That's why he agreed to a mano a mano debate with Jim the night before the election (this Monday evening) on KFI, on the John and Ken Show.
If Campbell's high-priced consultants weren't watching a complete meltdown of his numbers, they wouldn't have agreed to such a debate in a zillion years. They wouldn't have even uttered the Minuteman's name.
FReepers who count Jim Gilchrist out don't have a clue about the actual situation on the ground here in OC.
Campbell has run from every local forum and debate up til now...and he's paying a heavy political price.
His 'allies' have demonstrated nothing but heavy-handedness, arrogance and stupidity.
And meanwhile, the Minutemen continues to recruit 48th District voters in droves.
Republican voters.
In all likelihood, this is a match-rematch situation. Gilchrist-Campbell on Tuesday, followed by round two on December 6th.
