Thanks. :-)

I'm not even sure the Republicans in California know who they are or what they stand for.

I DID support Arnold for Governor, and will support his re-election, but that was a political calculation that he was better than Gray Davis. He did VETO the driver's license bill. He did VETO the gay marriage bill. He is challenging the unions. Also, I calculated that McClintock could not survive the allegiance Dems/Indy's have in Cali election day. Sort of like New Jersey. Folks are disgusted with the Dems, they flirt doing something about it, then they fail election day for the "D".

Why did the politicos in the Republican Party support him? Because he was a famous actor with star appeal. Their motivations were different then mine.

There are some good people representing in California but it lacks a cohesive message and leader. You would think Arnold as Gov would give them a platform to bring their ideas to the table, if not all to fruition, but they haven't capitalized on the elevation of the party through his election. to their detriment. They are wasting a golden opportunity to begin to break the Dem bonds.

Same here with Arnold....definitely a RINO, but better a RINO than an open border Democrat...like Bustamental!
