Interestingly enough, I saw that story on another website and McCain's name was NOT in the headline.

heh.
You came here looking for support for your candidacy.
And then you announce your support for one of the most despised people on this board.
Perhaps you should have done your homework first.

Yes, I did my homework. Senator John McCain and myself are wartime veterans. McCain was a POW for 5 1/2 years defending our great nation. Since I was of legal age, my support has been for Reagan, Bush, Dole, & W., etc.
McCain wins each term in Arizona by landslide. He is popular on both sides of the aisle. He is NOT one of the most unpopular folks on this board.
I'm against same sex marriage, am for strengthening laws against illegal immigration, and oppose medical marijuana.
Keeping this all in mind, I believe that I vote "RED" probably more than you. Regardless, you sound like a 3rd party Gilchrist supporter.
Thank you,
Scott

Your comments directed at Senator McCain are very inappropriate and incorrect! Please do your homework.
First, McCain leads liberal Hillary by 52% to 35%. He has stated that he would not be V.P. for anyone.
Second, McCain would never team with Feingold. McCain supports are military effort and Feingold is a "Howard Dean" anti-America peacenik!
Thank you,
Scott

Funny, coming from a guy who has been on the board less than three months.
Again, you should do your homework.

To set a good example, all Congressmen should accept an accross the board 1% pay cut!

Hello Marine; I'm a former U.S. Navy gunner! The honorable Senator John McCain spent 5 1/2 years as a POW during the Vietnam War. He endured more than you and me put together. My vote is with McCain for 2008.
