Thanks for the link to the indictment.
After reading it may I just say,
"What a JOKE !!"
No specific allegations about Delay
and...
Delay voluntarily waived the statute of limitations so this indictment could be brought after the normal three year statue of limitations had run.
It doesn't sound like Delay is too worried about these charges.
Laughing at Ronnie Earle -- form over substance as usual.
