Aspirin, being man-made, has side-effects...it kills the red blood cells, which is why it is used as a "blood thinner."
White willow bark, which is what aspirin is patterned after, will not do that, but it WILL relieve the pain and inflammation.

It's actually Pilates and Yoga. It was pretty good. I used muscles that I didn't know I had before. LOL!
