Please don't get me wrong...I see the necessity...but, they spray for mosquitos all over this area all of the time...
and I don't think that we are asking the feds to pay for it.
You know, I never thought about that, it's just become SOP for FEMA. Second link here, is the unit itself. They also spray at Parris Island.
