No ... it's what they do presently with the income tax - tax themselves.
Hard to get a simple answer. Here is my problem.
Suppose I wish to have my driveway replaced. I hire a contractor to remove the old driveway, form, and pour a new cement driveway.
Now say the contractor charges me 17,000 for the job. Am I charged tax on the forms, cement, and other products only. Do I pay tax on the labor? Yes or No.
