I just saw this, this guy knows how to put these so-called "journalists" in their place. They were asking some of the dumbest questions of all time- such as why they were moving people out from the convention center. That had NOTHING to do with anything. I'm glad this guy smacked the press upside the head.

Lt. Gen. Russel Honore is never going to be reelected with that attitude towards the media.

Honore might be a good candidate for public office. I understand he hails from Louisiana. Sounds like he'd be a straight-talker like Jesse Ventura, but probably more effective? Worth thinking about.

Run this guy for president. It's about time we got a father again and not a whiney, whimpy "I feel your pain" "compassionate conservative".
It's time for daddy to spand the kids, put them in the corner and make them clean up their rooms.
I'd love to hear him at a Congressional hearing. There's another bunch of spoiled children in need of a good whoopin'.
It's time to push the Oprah folks back into they abyss.

You are the messenger, Thats it, Thats what you are supposed to be. You are not there to make the news , to slant the news, to panic the people Just deliver the message. IF only the media could really do that, instead of trying to run this country from some Editors desk.

Let's get a little trust here, because you're starting to act like this is your problem. You are carrying the message, okay? R E P O R T E R - GET IT?

It takes Senate confirmation to receive additional stars. After the way that he talked to reporters, do you think that Senate Democrats will feel that he's too mean, like John Bolton, to deserve a promotion?
