This is great. N. Korea's major banking connection is badly hurting. I hope that N. Korea's overseas monetary transactions come to a complete stop. That will hurt as much as lobbing hundreds of missiles on N. Korean military installations.

That sounds vaguely Clintonesque. I think what he really wanted was for them to wait about 40 more years.
