Since this is from the Washington Post I'm suspicious about anything and everything in it. However, if true I wonder if Col. H.R. I really don’t know if it’s intentionally misleading or if they’re just so confused in trying to avoid the word terrorists (and now insurgents) that they can’t write a clear sentence.
