Kennedy is attempting...to set Roberts up. He is trying to turn him into a racist. Unbelievable. Seems to me Kennedy is trying to get Roberts to say, "This law is okay...so is this one...etc. etc. and THEN The Swimmer (or some other Demon-Rat) will say, "WELL WHAT ABOUT ROE!!??"
The Rats think they'll "trap" Roberts there...but it won't work. :)
