Does anyone know whether Schumer has ever actually PRACTICED law as a lawyer, not just a politician?

Schummer has NEVER practiced law. He went straight from law school into politics.

My understanding is that he went to law school but never took the bar exam.

He has said he practiced only a very short time and decided it wasn't for him.
A legislative seat opened up and he was on his way to a new career.
