I agree with Erik. This started badly, with some sort of intimation that private cops are a bad thing, and got worse, turning into a lecture about how 'private cops go after good union folks' and how 'private cops are mercenaries.'
Booga booga, private industry is bad. If it's so damn bad, how come most security is provided by and have been provided by private citizens for the last thousand years? This is more anti-guns-in-private-hands-pro-union-cops puffery.
