Hideous. Thanks.
If the Brits imprisoned Gen. Almog, the Israelis would have to pull another Entebbe.
This reminds me of an account I read about El Al's last hijacking, in 1967.
When Captain Bar-Lev heard his plane was being hijacked, he put it into a steep negative-G dive, throwing anyone not belted in around the cabin. "2C" (as the sky marshals were known) used the opportunity to kill one of the terrorists and capture the other.
As soon as the airplane touched down at Heathrow, the sky marshals exited thru the cargo doors, ran over to another El Al plane and flew back to Israel, thus escaping the scrutiny of Her Britannic Majesty's Justice. Captain Bar-Lev and the rest of the crew then underwent hours of interrogation about the homicide by Scotland Yard.
Of course, in July we saw that the Yard has since become more relaxed about the use of deadly force. Exposure to Moose Limbs does that to you.

according to Ezekiel prophecy about Gog & Magog, the UK WILL be part of that coalition against Israel.
Meaning what? What provision of the Geneva Convention has Israel violated?
Israel is NOT a signatory to the International Criminal Court, nor is the US. Apparently that doesn't matter to the leftist internationalist in Europe who have pre-emptorily given themselves jurisdiction over other countries.
Watch it. The US is next -- Abu Ghraib, Gitmo, Iraq, etc.
"Israelis are, indeed, exempt from being brought up on charges before the International Criminal Court in The Hague because Israel has not ratified the Rome Treaty that established the court. But countries such as Belgium, Spain, Germany and Britain have passed legislation giving their courts universal judicial authority with regard to crimes against humanity, war crimes and acts of genocide.
Under these laws, a country has the power to bring charges relating to such crimes against a foreign subject if the legal system in the subject's country of origin is unable or unwilling to handle such complaints."

"giving their courts universal judicial authority"
How Empire-like of them.
Perhaps their humanitarian impulses might want to pursue the ruling Arabs in Sudan. I hear their is a GENOCIDE going on there. 300,000 dead, 1,000,000 displaced. Christians massacred for decades. Not a couple of houses and 14 deaths caused in pursuit of terrorists in the midst of a War.

... has the phone, email, addy, etc for the law firm and lawyers that filed the "war crimes" charge, for the British Bar Association, and other relevant contacts with recommendations for helpful action.
Thank you for this information. I will send a protest to the British Bar and the AG.
Well done.
OK, let's see them treat the rulers of Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Iran, China, and others in this fashion.
Then I'll believe that their attempt to arrest an Israeli
does not stem from basic anti-semitism.

The courts already did the same thing to Pinochet. And tried to similar things to Bush and even Blair and Kissinger.
Anti-semitic my ass.
