Karen Hughes is now speaking to Muslim groups, appeasement being the order of the day. Presumably it's about avoiding worldwide Jihad, which we already have...and the price of oil. What good will this do when Iran decides to set off a few nukes? Never mind, let's put up a few Muslim whackos in the Lincoln bedroom.

Let's subtract $2.2 billion from NO giveaway schemes and give that to Israel.

I think in the end democratic Israel will have to fight their fight all alone since our government is too busy not trying to offend dictatorial Islamic regimes....

In the end, Israel will be facing all the other nations in the world in a fight for her very survival. That was written millenia ago, and we are seeing that prophecy on its way to fulfillment. How much longer this will take is anyone's guess, but my best guess is a lot sooner than many think...

Hate to say it but this international disaster relief is beginning to resemble exchanging birthday gifts at the office

And 50% of the cost is a few high-value gifts passed under the table to the bosses to allow the whole thing to go on.

Well, they didn't have a problem with the Mexican Army driving into NO... It's really sad when our government treats one of its very few friends in the world this way.

This is the second or third article I have seen posted detailing same basic complaint against the Bush Administration. I have seen an article about the Mexican government claiming to be "first" in line giving and then yesterday on Fox a segment regarding the vast amount of giving from the Canadians.

Now attached to this on-line article is a Google ad Democrat Wristband offered by ThinkBlueDems for those reading this article. So appears there is some politicking mixed in here, and the liberal class have been adamantly opposed to this nation and those willing to dethrone Saddam.

Now that corrupt UN set up a program called "oil for food" making oil the merchandise by which old Saddam was funding the family members of homicide bombers at a price of $25,000, which was cause enough for US to take him down.

Seems to me that a 2.2 billion demand and the wailing of being ignored by the State Department and or President Bush being anti-Israel on a liberal website is well beyond peculiar.

Maybe all the talk of a link between "Gaza" and "Katrina" has the State Department freaked out. Maybe they took it the wrong way. Here I will help:

Dear Condi,

Israel did not cause Katrina, nor the record oil prices. I know that is what you are being told by your friends in the Emirates, but it simply is NOT true.

No, 9-11 was not a Zionist Conspiracy. Thinking that even in private will warp your perspective, and acting like it in public will not help you personally to win French admiration. The French aren't worth it, I promise.

No, the Jews in Gaza do NOT have better lives now that they have been expelled from their homes. Check with Barbara Bush for an explanation on how not to see silver linings incorrectly.

No, Mayor Nagin is NOT Jewish. That is a rumor.

No, Israeli scientists did NOT create a "Hurricane" under the code name Tahor (Clean. Katrina = Clean) in order to cleanse the US Gulf coast. They did NOT do this to help them celebrate their upcoming High Holy Days. No matter what Saudi 'clerics' are saying.

Bottom line Condi: You have listened too much to your Muslim friends, and your own Presbyterian theology. Israel is NOT an enemy of America. They are America's only friend in the other half of the world. No, your 'church' has NOT replaced Israel in the economy of G-d. You seem to have chosen sides, and it is the wrong one. Pick up your Bible and read Genesis chapters 12, 15, and 17. Curses are certainly available at bargain prices. I would suggest that you not buy.

Sincerely,

A Former Bush Supporter

Oh yeah, sure, thank the enemy (Islamic states) and ignore the ONLY true friend we have in that part of the world(Israel). I believe that's part of their policy book, chapter "Keep your enemies closer with a twist". Why is Condi allowing this to happen?

Thank You!!! There is a big picture here that about 75% of all the world will never get. If you have eyes to see and ears to hear.

Check out what Deuteronomy 27:15-26 and 28 and 29 tells all about the curses and blessings. The story of what is said in Genesis 12, 15, and 17 does not end there, the story continues on.

"A Former Bush Supporter"

Add me to the list.

After the Gaza debacle I had it with Pres. Bush. The President lack of fiscal control (Social spending) and "compassionate" spending brought me to the edge, Gaza pushed me over the edge. Sorry, tax cuts are not what only defines a less government philosophy.

The "strategic" pullout is a whitewash. The Palestinians will have free reign to set up what they want and if Israel tries to defend themselves by wiping them out, the UN, America and the rest of the world will do anything to stop Israel.

Yes America gives 2 bil. in aid (Egypt as well) but to tie Israel's hands in the face of their enemy is an insane policy.

Officials said the Bush administration delayed accepting Israel's immediate offer to help the hurricane victims. They said the administration was concerned that such a move would deter Arab and Islamic countries from offering assistance.

"At one point, the administration signaled that it would accept Israeli help, but preferred that it be as part of a mission organized by the American Jewish community," an official said. "There appeared to a problem with having the Israeli flag in a foreign rescue mission in the United States."

This is a stench.

This administration has gone too far. Their 'wisdom' is foolishness.

They will reap what they sow.

Well, the gov't did refuse the immediate Israeli offer of field hospitals. Their quality is well-respected and I believe they could have had them set up in the US in something like 24 hours. Probably would have saved a lot of lives and avoided permanent injuries and suffering in the Superdome and other places hsd the offer been accepted.

Better suffering Americans then offended Islamics.

How can anyone continue to support this administration?
