My opinion is that it is highly likely that Al Qaida is planning an attack on the US and her allies. My opinion is that Al Qaida would like this attack to be "spectacular." My opinion is that you could, at any point, say that Al Qaida is planning a spectacular attack against the US and her allies and you would always be correct.
That doesn't necessarily mean it will happen.

Following the money is the easiest thing to do. The bigger the funds transfered the easier it is to follow. These things have to be paid for up front, nobody will let you pay them tuesday for a nuke today. Moving huge sums un-noticed these days is virtually impossible. The way is see it, this threat is the Al queda equivelent of saying "Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid".
If they had nukes they would have already used them. Why would they wait till AFTER we took Iraq, Afganistan, and rolled up their network every where?
