If my house was dry, I would lay in a stock of food and water and stay put.
Those still remaining should leave or sign a waiver for their well being. They are straining rescue resources that are needed.
Of course they will stay. The police said there was no jobs, no homes, stores, or food. Sounds like an intelligent reason to stay. Seriously though...
Let them stay there and starve if they are that stupid. And I agree with some of the other posters. MAKE them sign waivers saying the Government, President, nor ANYONE else is to blame if they perish. Quit taking food and water to them and begging them to be intelligent enough to leave. Let Jesse Jackson and his grand standing entourage take care of them. It will give him more air time to complain about how everyone forgot them.
