And there's no doubt that if Bush had immediately ordered in troops then he would have been accused of racism for unleashing the military on poor black people just trying to scavenge for food and water.

I find it hard to feel sorry for people who sit there and hate on the government for not caring, yet they are so inclined to take government support to live off of it. If the man you speak of (hates black people and wants them to die) I find it hard to believe he would run for President of our Country. There are alot of blacks around. I'm so sick of this prejudice. If anything it has gotten to the point that black are prejudice against whites and use that little statement when they have nothing to say.
