Pictures don't lie. Hundreds of flooded school buses, parked in neat rows, that could've moved NOLA citizens to safety. Of course, city employees couldn't be bothered on their day off.

why didn't the mayor declair earlier like the Feds were pressing him to, or why did he not activate the 250 school busses in NO, and rather let them sit and get flooded?
