Let's hope someone poses the following question to this distinguished panel:

There is a photo of 300 or so schoolbuses sitting in 4 feet of water in NOLA. "Why were these buses not deployed to help people evacuate?" Whose responsibility was it to deploy these buses"?

Let's hope someone poses the following question to this distinguished panel:

There is a photo of 300 or so schoolbuses sitting in 4 feet of water in NOLA. "Why were these buses not deployed to help people evacuate?" Whose responsibility was it to deploy these buses"?

This will NEVER happen ... not ever. And, if they DID show that picture and ask the question, the answer would be "It was Bush's responsibility to deploy those buses! Don't bother me with the LAW ... it's always Bush's fault!"
