You have to call and hope to get on. The screen will not let you on if you are too confronational. Call and say your question is about the slow deployment of buses. Then, when on, ask why the buses were not deployed.
Honestly, I don't watch his program, so don't know the drill...was hoping it might be like some of the others that actually allow a 'tad' of internet dissent.
