What makes you think it's a good idea for us Texans to clean up the huge corrupt mess that is Louisiana government? I *really* do not want our local liberals to get any ideas, and I'm not all that fond of gators.
That said, the best thing that could happen to Louisiana is to become a Federal administrative district with the complete housecleaning that the Feds do best - backed up by Federal troops.
There are already new zip codes for the Astrodome, Reunion, and the convention center.
I am certain that none of the liberals (both parties) will demand a re-districting overseen by a federal judge. No sir. Never happen.
