The NO morgue was still under water as of mid afternoon. Unembalmed bodies will burst after a week in the water, and all that bacteria will spill out. It doesn't appear body recovery is going to start any time soon.
I'm betting those bodies are going to have to be burned or buried in mass graves. They certainly can't be buried in New Orleans.
