the water? how are you going to clear the floods, the city must be pumped out. the rebuilding scenario is up for debate, but the water has to be pumped out.
I don't care what anyone says...MSM, politicians and even Freepers ...the fault lays on the Governor and Mayor of NO...you don't see these same kind of stories coming out of Ms or Al..and they, especially Ms was hit harder...
Wouldn't it ultimately sink into the water table? (And perhaps into whatever NO and surrounding cities have for a drinking water reservoir? Have no idea how that's set up.) Unless you want it bottled and buried like nuclear waste, it's going back into circulation anyway.
