Wow.
I was right - only five posts away.
This is Blanco and Landrieu's mess - all three Landrieus.
Sen. Mary, Brother the Lt. Gov., and daddy who was a former NO mayor.
If anybody had the knowledge, wouldn't they? All huddled together "demanding as much if not more money than New York got for 9/11"
Can someone get in trouble for saying a Senator needs her ass kicked in the middle of Bourbon Street?

So Moon Landrieu oversaw construction of the dome. Very interesting. I looked up Mitch and saw this information; explains why the gangs feel free to do what they want:

As a state representative, Landrieu was responsible for a number of meaningful reforms in a variety of areas: Landrieu led the legislative effort to reform Louisiana's juvenile justice system with a focus on rehabilitation and reform, not punishment and revenge. He continues to chair the Juvenile Justice Commission, the entity created by the legislation to implement the reforms. In January, 2004, Governor Kathleen Blanco endorsed the Commission's recommendations.
