Look. If those people behind Geraldo takes his advice and just takes off down the road then the women and kids will in a hell of a lot more misery than if they stay put. It is really obvious that there are thousands of able bodied men in all of those locations that are incapable of getting their act together and restoring calm themselves and throwing out the trouble makers. Also, what in the hell happened to women, children and elderly first? There shouldn't be one able bodied male on any bus out of there untill all of the kids, women and elderly are out.

FEMA is the ones giving the orders for this evac. They count them off, try to keep the families together as best they can, and ship them out.

I can see keeping families with very young children together, but any single or detached able-bodied male should go last. If those same men had any sense of decency they would volunteer on the spot to help rescue and get vunerable women, children and the elderly out of harms way.
